Morning meal: 2 eggs (hard boiled) + cucumber salad bowl
Brunch: 5 plums or one big apple or peach… or any other seasonal fruit (do not exceed 200g)
Lunch: Toasted whole grain bread + bowl of cucumber salad
Snack: Cucumber shake
Dinner: Your choice of fruit, up to 300g

It is very simple prepared and the preparation is very quick. All that you will need is 400g of cucumber, 2dl of yogurt and you can also add some garlic if you wish.
Instructions: First peal the cucumber and then cut it up into small slices. Put a little salt and then mix them with the yogurt. After that add some garlic according to your wishes and, it is ready.
Put in your blender one nicely washed cucumber (without peeling it), a handful of spinach and one green apple, and you can add some fresh ginger as well.
