Ice Compress

You will need:

  • Cotton cloth
  • Ice cubes in water

Directions:

Dip the cotton cloth into the cold water and then put it on the bruises. Yet another thing you can do is put several ice cubes in the cloth and then put the cloth on the bruises and hold it like that for 15 minutes. Use this for a few times a day.

Warm Water and Vinegar

The vinegar is actually great to stimulate our blood flow, but it also improves the healing processes. You should combine two tablespoons of vinegar into a glass of warm water and stir this well. After that, apply it on the bruises using a cotton ball. Repeat this  procedure for two times a day.

Cabbage

This one is amazing against the swelling. Apply a fewcabbage leaves on the bruises and leave them like that for 20 minutes. It is going to help you heal the bruises faster if you repeat it several times every day.

Essential oils

You will need:

  • several drops of tea tree or lavender oil

Directions:

Take several drops from the oil and then massage the bruised area with soft circular motions for 15 minutes. Repeat this procedure for four times every day.

Epsom salt

You need:

  • Hot water
  • Epsom salt

Directions:

Mix  the water with the Epsom salt and then dip a cotton ball in it. Apply it on your bruises and do not forget to repeat it 2 times a day.
