The good side of this diet is that you can apply it when you want, because you do not starve.
The soup will fit ideally in the winter menu, when you are constantly on some celebrations and you don’t want the line of your body to suffer.
Within 10 days, besides taking care of what you are consuming, in the daily menu, at least once a day, bring a plate of beetroot soup.
On average, 2 kg is reduced by 10 days.
Ingredients needed to prepare the soup:
500ml of water
400ml chicken soup
2 medium-size beetroots
2 small spoons of apple cider vinegar
A few drops of lemon
Peel the beetroot, wash and cut into small cubes. Then put in a pot with half a liter of water, salt and boil for about 25 minutes. Beetroot should be soft and easy to cut.
Heat the chicken soup, and add the boil beetroots, apple cider vinegar and dill inside. Place the mixture in a blender.
At the end you can add a teaspoon of sour cream and a little lemon.
The recommended soup-diet should last for 10 days. Then take a 7-day break.
While being on sup diet with beetroots, be sure to consume 2 liters of water per day.
